Mike began his journey in the Heating and Air Conditioning industry in 2001 at the age of 20, just after his son David was born, driven by the desire to secure a stable job for his family. His determination led him to achieve his Journeyman license in two years, followed by his Master’s License in another two, enabling him to rise to the position of lead installer and eventually lead service technician. With a keen understanding of both the technical and sales aspects of the business, and encouraged by his wife Mandy, Mike launched Easy Breezy Heating and Air. Now, with his mother Wanda and son David on board, the company thrives on a commitment to customer satisfaction and a strong work ethic, positioning themselves as a trusted choice in their community.
David Johnson
David, who works alongside his father Mike at Easy Breezy Heating and Air, is following in his dad’s footsteps with a strong commitment to building a secure future for his family, especially for his two-year-old son, Karter. He is rapidly absorbing the nuances of the heating and air conditioning business, driven by his vision and dedication. Known for his respectfulness and likability, David has always been a protective older brother to his younger sisters, making sure they were always taken care of, a trait he carries on as an adult and into his work, ensuring he prioritizes the needs of customers and leaving them satisfied with the service provided. His caring nature not only enhances his customer relationships but also reflects his ambition to create a thriving future for his family.
Mandy Johnson
Mandy, Mike’s devoted wife, plays an instrumental role in his success, consistently uplifting him with her unwavering belief in his abilities and proudly sharing his accomplishments with others. Her steadfast dedication shines through not only in her support of Mike’s endeavors but also through her own hard work as a punch press operator at the same company since she was 20. Mandy’s commitment to her job allows Mike to focus on growing Easy Breezy Heating and Air, embodying the strong work ethic that she instills in their children. With a deep love for God and family, she serves as the emotional and spiritual backbone of their household, mirroring the compassion and drive instilled in Mike by his mother, Wanda. Through her sacrifices and unwavering support, Mandy has been a catalyst for the success they enjoy as a family.
Wanda Johnson
Wanda is a dedicated and accomplished professional who plays a pivotal role in her son Mike’s business, Easy Breezy Heating and Air, by managing all of the administrative tasks. After beginning her career with the United States Postal Service shortly after having her first child, she steadily climbed the ranks from sorting mail to becoming a postmaster and ultimately a trainer for fellow postmasters. Wanda retired from the Postal Service a few years later. Her deep commitment to helping others guided her to start work with a non-profit organization that assists the elderly with Medicare, ultimately deciding to focus on personalized service. Now, with her extensive experience and passion for helping others, Wanda contributes her skills to the family business, ensuring its operational success while exemplifying hard work and dedication to family business and the community.
